The Scania Top Team competition is an international training and performance competition for Scania workshop teams. In several rounds, participants demonstrate their technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team – in a practical setting and under time pressure. The aim is to promote excellent after-sales service and highlight it as a key resource. More than 8,000 service employees from all over the world are taking part in the current edition. This year, one of the focal points is on sustainable solutions in everyday workshop life.
Scania Top Team Regional Final 2025
The best teams from Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Slovakia, Czechia, Hungary, and Switzerland competed against each other in the 2025 regional final. “The Q’s” – consisting of Alina, Benedikt, Benjamin, Christoph, Jan, and Roger – mastered challenging tasks relating to trucks, buses, and industrial engines. Among other things, troubleshooting, parts identification, and efficient team coordination were evaluated.
Austria and Germany win Scania Top Team Regional Final
With 187 out of 250 points, the team from Switzerland came in third place – just seven points short of qualifying for the world final in Sweden. Austria and Germany secured victory.
The next world final will take place in May 2026 in Södertälje, Sweden.
This ranking is a strong indication of the high level of expertise and strong team spirit of our workshop staff. We are proud of our colleagues – their commitment deserves great recognition.
