• Comfort and efficiency: Options such as the hydraulic roller support ensure quiet operation and gentle handling of materials.

The TECTRUM RS32 roll-off tipper is synonymous with high load-bearing capacity and maximum operational flexibility. MEILLER has been developing roll-off tippers for the construction and waste management sectors for many years. It is precisely in these sectors that robustness, durability and flexibility are particularly in demand. With the new TECTRUM RS32, MEILLER is expanding its successful RS series. The model offers a rated load capacity of 32 tonnes, making it the most powerful roll-off tipper in the range. The TECTRUM RS32 was developed for particularly demanding applications, including use in the construction industry and at landfill sites. The system also demonstrates its strengths during frequent container handling operations.

A consistent evolution

“The TECTRUM RS32 is the logical evolution of our previous RK30 model,” says Michael Eicheldinger. He heads the container-changing systems product line at MEILLER. The rated load capacity has been increased by two tonnes compared with the RK30. This provides additional capacity for particularly demanding applications.

Robust construction designed for heavy-duty use

The TECTRUM RS32 is based on a modular vehicle design. This allows the system to be adapted to a range of requirements. Its robust construction ensures high durability in day-to-day use. In addition, a KTL coating provides reliable protection for the components against corrosion.

The fully bolted assembly offers further advantages. It facilitates repairs and maintenance work. At the same time, it supports long-term and cost-effective use. The TECTRUM RS32 thus combines high stability with flexible configuration options. This makes the system suitable for a wide range of applications.

TECTRUM RS32 for international markets

The TECTRUM RS32 has been developed for various chassis configurations. MEILLER also takes into account differing national market requirements. In Germany, the roll-off tipper is used as a 4‑axle vehicle. 5‑axle chassis are also available for Switzerland and Austria. The additional axle allows for higher permissible gross vehicle weights. This makes it easier to comply with the respective national regulations. The TECTRUM RS32 offers the necessary power reserves for this purpose. It is therefore also suitable for applications involving particularly high loads.

Special underrun protection solution for Switzerland

MEILLER offers a special underrun protection variant for the Swiss market. This version has been specifically tailored to meet local requirements. It combines a hydraulically foldable underrun protection system with a hydraulic scissor-type underrun protection system. This provides a flexible solution for the Swiss market.

A wide range of options for the TECTRUM RS32

The TECTRUM RS32 offers a wide range of options and accessories. This allows the roll-off tipper to be tailored specifically to different operational requirements. In addition to robustness, low-noise operation is also playing an increasingly important role. Special equipment solutions help to reduce noise levels, which benefits both drivers and the environment. When combined with an alternative-fuel chassis, particularly quiet operation is possible.

Flexible hook booms for different containers

The TECTRUM can be fitted with various hook booms. The range includes, amongst others, telescopic and swivelling variants.

The telescopic hook boom T is particularly suitable for containers of the same size. Its robust construction ensures reliable day-to-day operation.

The TS and TSN variants offer additional flexibility. They are particularly suitable for varying container dimensions and different operating conditions.

Among other things, they enable containers to be loaded in a flat position. They also facilitate container handling in situations where headroom is limited.

Furthermore, the TS and TSN models enable containers to be transferred onto railway wagons. This expands the range of applications for the roll-off tipper.

Hydraulic roller support for efficient container handling

Another option is the hydraulic roller support. It enables containers to be moved comfortably and in a way that protects the material. Whilst in motion, the container rests securely on the steel supports. This reliably prevents any accidental slipping. When moving the container, the system automatically lifts it using extendable rollers. This protects the bodywork, chassis, hydraulics and the container itself.

At the same time, the roller support reduces jolts and vibrations. This improves comfort for the driver. It also significantly reduces noise levels. This is particularly advantageous when operating in residential areas. Night-time deliveries also benefit from a quieter operation. The same applies to noise-sensitive working hours.

Customise the TECTRUM RS32

The TECTRUM RS32 offers a wide range of options for customisation. This allows the system to be adapted to different requirements. The options range from robust standard solutions to comfort-oriented configurations. These also include solutions designed for particularly quiet operation.

The TECTRUM RS32 thus combines high durability with flexibility and comfort. This makes it a versatile solution for demanding applications.
