Daimler Truck is launching the Mercedes-Benz Arocs Extent as a special-edition model. The first special-edition model in the series, strictly limited to 100 units, impresses with its exclusive design, among other things. The front hood of the model, which will be produced from July 2025, is adorned with Arocs lettering in elegant dark chrome. In addition, a badge on the exterior identifies the special model. The decals on the sun visor and the front-end flap, as well as the radiator grille in the specially developed color Weather Grey matt, ensure a high recognition value.
Design highlights of the Arocs Extent: dark chrome and weather grey matt
Further characteristics of the Arocs Extent include the black surround behind the Mercedes-Benz star in dark chrome, LED headlamps, LED auxiliary headlamps in the sun visor, trim in carbon-fibre look, axle caps and wheel nut protective caps in high-quality stainless steel, leather steering wheel and Extra Line.
Powerful engines for tough construction site assignments
The truck can be powered by the Euro VI diesel engine OM 470, OM 471 of the third generation or by the OM 473, the largest Euro VI diesel engine from Mercedes-Benz Trucks. Another equipment highlight of the Mercedes-Benz Arocs Extent is the Multimedia Cockpit Interactive 2, which has been installed in all Arocs and Actros models since this spring, either as standard or optional equipment depending on the cab.
Multimedia Cockpit Interactive 2: Intelligence for construction site trucks
The new Multimedia Cockpit Interactive 2 makes the Arocs even better connected and better suited for daily construction site operations. The 12-inch instrument display and the optimized touchscreen ensure intuitive operation – even on uneven terrain. Many functions can now be activated quickly and safely via voice control. The new favorites menu also allows direct access to construction-specific functions such as PTOs.
Networking & navigation: PPC system for anticipatory driving
Another new feature is the integration of the latest truck navigation and route data with the Predictive Powertrain Control (PPC) system. This further optimizes the anticipatory driving style.
