How­ev­er, incor­rect deci­sions, weak­ness­es in dri­ver mon­i­tor­ing and a mis­lead­ing name show that the sys­tem remains an assis­tance sys­tem. Respon­si­bil­i­ty still lies with the human dri­ver.
