Scania Focuses on Electric and Gas Vehicles at IAA Transportation 2026

Scania will showcase its diverse range of powertrains in Hanover from September 15 to 20. The exhibition lineup includes four battery-electric trucks, one gas-powered vehicle, and several diesel models. Two of the electric trucks are body-mounted vehicles designed for everyday use. Scania Switzerland will be on hand to assist customers.

Electra is opening a fast-charging station with four charging points in Bussigny. Each point delivers up to 300 kilowatts. After Crissier, this is the second location in the Ouest Lausannois district. The company operates 26 locations throughout Switzerland.

Audi A2 e‑tron Achieves 12.8 kWh per 100 Kilometers

Audi has released the first efficiency figures for the upcoming A2 e-tron. The 140-kW variant with the efficiency package has a preliminary consumption of 12.8 kWh per 100 kilometers. The drag coefficient is 0.24. The battery uses lithium iron phosphate cells. Pricing and launch date have not yet been announced.
